Now onboarding founding carriers

Every driver applicant gets a reply in 15 minutes — not tomorrow.

We're the managed response team behind your driver applications. Someone applies, we text them within 15 minutes, ask the questions you approve, and send potential matches to your recruiter with a concise preliminary summary — day, night, or weekend.

No long-term contract. You keep full control of hiring decisions.

How it works

One job posting. Four steps. Zero applicants left waiting.

You keep advertising and hiring exactly the way you do today. We sit inside the gap between "applied" and "spoke with a recruiter" — the gap where most carriers lose good drivers.

01

Applicant applies

Through Indeed, Facebook, or your own site — wherever you already post the job.

02

We text within 15 min

Day or night, every eligible applicant hears back within 15 minutes — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

03

We ask your questions

5–7 preliminary questions you approve — license class, experience, endorsements, location.

04

Recruiter gets the good ones

A short summary lands with your recruiter within the hour — while the driver is still engaged.

Why small carriers use this

You're not losing drivers. You're losing time.

Nothing sits overnight

Applications submitted at 9pm on a Saturday get the same 15-minute response as one submitted at 9am on a Tuesday.

🎯

Your recruiter sees the strongest matches first

Applicants are organized against the job requirements you approve, with unclear cases flagged for recruiter review.

📊

You see exactly what's happening

A weekly report shows response time, qualification rate, and where candidates are dropping off — no guessing.

Consent-aware applicant communication by design

We require the carrier to maintain appropriate applicant messaging consent before launch. Where consent is missing or unclear, texting remains disabled until the carrier's approved legal language and process are in place. Every message identifies your company and honors opt-outs immediately.

One plan. No contract — cancel anytime.

No platform to learn, nothing extra to set up. You'll see real response times and real handoffs starting week one, billed month-to-month.

The 15-minute response SLA applies 24/7 to eligible applications with a valid mobile number, documented messaging consent, and successful application delivery. Applicants beyond the included monthly limit require an approved volume upgrade.

FAQ

Questions carriers usually ask first

Do you make hiring decisions for us? +

No. We handle the first response and preliminary qualification only. All employment, safety, and compliance decisions stay entirely with you and your recruiter.

What if our application does not currently support applicant texting? +

We will identify the operational requirement, but your company remains responsible for obtaining appropriate legal review and implementing compliant consent language. We do not text applicants until the approved consent process is active and documented.

Do we need new software? +

No platform to log into. We work from your existing application notifications and send you a plain weekly report.

What happens after 75 applicants in a month? +

Applicants beyond the included limit require an approved volume upgrade before additional processing — we'll flag this before you hit the limit, not after.
